Huobi Pro has tweeted that early bird registrations for Huobi Australia are now open. The website for Huobi Australia says its “launching soon.”
Yesterday it was reported that the digital currency exchange has informed that they’ll suspend trading services in Japan. According to the news, Huobi informed its Japanese investors via email that they’ll stop trading from July 2nd. And the Japanese option on the homepage will also be removed. The exchange hasn’t yet provided any information on its decision to withdraw services. Coinpost speculates that it could be because they aren’t registered with the FSA.
The Huobi group has partnered with Blockchain Global, the Australian blockchain and crypto industry leader. Trading on the platform will commence from July 5th at 10 A.M (AEST). The 30 days free trading promotion takes effect when trading begins on the platform.
To avail the promotion, people will have to fulfil the eligibility criteria. This includes registering with a valid email, KYC verification and deposit AUD/cryptocurrency before 12 A.M (AEST) on 5th July. Moreover, users will have to maintain a minimum account balance as specified below.
Minimum deposit for AUD is 1,000, 0.1 for BTC, 1 BCH, 5 LTC, 2 ETH, 50 ETC and 2000 for other tokens. People who avail this offer don’t have to pay any maker or taker fees. They still have to pay other fees like withdrawal charges.
